Prior to joining  CK Tax Services LLC, Arturo worked for the Office of Legal Affairs at the Embassy of Mexico in the United States for more than 4 years.

Before coming to the United States, Arturo worked at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice where he clerked for the Chief Justice Juan N. Silva and for Justice Alfredo Gutierrez Ortiz Mena. He assisted the justices during courtroom proceedings and helped drafting orders and opinions on tax and commerce law cases, among others.

In addition, Arturo clerked for the Judge Clementina Flores Suárez at the Federal Court of Appeals in Tax and Administrative Law Matters for the First Circuit, where he drafted orders and opinions on tax law cases.

Arturo obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C. Arturo is eligible to sit for the New York State Bar Examination.
